Your resumes are never deleted. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account is locked rather than dropped back to Free — everything is still there, and renewing restores access instantly. You can also switch between paid plans at any time without losing anything.

Yes. Your data is stored on enterprise-grade encrypted servers with row-level security policies. Your resume data is never shared with third parties and you can delete your account at any time.

Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans are charged once a year and renew automatically each year (not monthly). You can switch between paid plans anytime. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Note: once you are on a paid plan your account stays on a paid plan — if a renewal payment fails you get a 3-day grace period, after which the account is locked (your data stays safe) until you renew, rather than dropping to Free. Business plans also include a 5-day free Advanced Hiring trial, no card required.

Business and Enterprise subscribers also get the full AI hiring toolkit at no extra cost — job posts & apply links, ai ranking with budget fit, talent pool, interview kits, employee referrals and excel export. Concretely: up to 5 live job posts with up to 10 positions each and up to 300 applicants per post, one public apply link (also listed free on our Jobs board), 5 custom questions on top of the standard apply form, AI ranking by skill-match and budget-fit with a recommendation and resume-vs-application discrepancy flags per candidate, auto-shortlist on the deadline, an interview scheduler, bulk candidate email, Excel/CSV import-export and Google Sheets sync. Enterprise adds unlimited posts and applicants, featured Jobs-board placement, and removes our "Powered by" footer from your careers page (your logo, cover image and brand colour are on it from day one, on every plan). The Starter plan does not include Advanced Hiring.

Company profile, Company skills, Careers page and Email from your own domain are not tier-gated — any business account gets them, on any plan including Free. The company profile records your industry, size, head office and founding year; that industry then drives the company skills map, which fills itself in from the résumés of the people you hire, and both feed your careers page. Only the owner or an admin can edit them. Removing our branding from the careers page is the one part that needs the Enterprise plan.

Yes — 5 days of the Business hiring toolkit, no card required, once per account. It is available to any account that has never had a paid hiring plan; start it from the hiring dashboard. There is no separate trial for the Pro or Premium résumé plans — the Free plan covers that.
